Dora is a non-profit organization of women who live in Valle d'Aosta, in the far North West of Italy, bordering France and Switzerland.

It's called D O R A cause Dora Baltea is our river,
but it is also a tribute to the English feminist Dora Marsden, the "case of Dora, " Freud's Dora Markus Eugenio Montale, the English painter Dora Carrington and "Dora the Explorer, " star of a Japanese cartoon that is not subject gender stereotypes.
